Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using LetSwitch (the platform, website and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not sign up or use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account.

LetSwitch offers three kinds of accounts: Candidates who build resumes, practise interviews and apply for jobs; Employers who post jobs and review candidates; and Experts who conduct interviews and give feedback.

Each account type may have additional rules. Where those rules conflict with these Terms, the more specific rules apply to that account type.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. One person may not hold more than one account of the same type.

You agree not to provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful content, scrape or copy the platform without permission, interfere with its security or operation, or use it to harass or discriminate against others.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these Terms or put other users or the platform at risk.

LetSwitch uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content, mock interview questions, scores and feedback. These outputs are guidance only. They may contain errors and do not guarantee any hiring or interview outcome.

Mock and expert interviews may be recorded, transcribed and analysed to produce your feedback and reports. By taking part you consent to this processing. Experts and employers must keep any candidate information they see confidential and use it only for the purpose it was shared.

Employers are solely responsible for their job postings and hiring decisions, and must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. LetSwitch is not an employer or recruiter and is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.

Some features require payment. Prices, billing periods and any refund conditions are shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.

Experts are paid for completed sessions according to the payout rules shown in their dashboard. We may withhold or reverse payouts where fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms is identified.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your resume and profile details. You grant LetSwitch a limited licence to host, process and display that content to provide the services, including sharing it with employers and experts where you choose to apply or book a session.

The platform, its design, software, trademarks and original content belong to LetSwitch or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or resell them without written permission.

We collect and use personal information to run the platform, including your name, email, profile data and interview recordings. We apply reasonable security measures and do not sell your personal information. When you accept these Terms we record the date and the version you accepted.

We work to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version and date on this page, and may ask you to accept the new version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, LetSwitch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or lost income, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property and liability, survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless the law in your location requires otherwise.
